The end of July heralded the triumphant return of Splice, the collaborative music creation website inviting its users to “meet, mix and mash-up” using their online mixing, editing and sharing tools. Splice was originally launched a while back (which is ArtsWom speak for we can’t remember exactly when, although we have evidence of a newsletter received back in the heady, carefree days of November 2006) and proved to be an enjoyable, if sometimes clunky, tool.
