Inside the Bloggers’ Studio part 2
Welcome to the second part of our already massively popular take on ‘Inside the Actors’ Studio’ which we’ve cleverly re-titled ‘Inside the Bloggers’ Studio’. See what we did there? Anyway, Michelle Thomas from massively brilliant film repository http://www.futuremovies.co.uk/ which covers anything and everything the UK cinema fan could want- reviews, previews, DVD features, interviews and features, has agreed to be subjected to the classic ten question interview.
Editor Michelle describes herself thus: “I decided pretty early on that what I liked more than anything in the world was sitting in a dark room watching light and shadow play on a wall.” ArtsWom couldn’t agree more, especially in this sad period of new year activity where many people attempt to enter a new era of healthiness and activity, only to be back in the pub all weekend by 12th January, only leaving for kebabs and the occasional bout of sleep. Indulge your inner geek say we, and settle down for a night in front of the box- but not before reading Michelle’s answers to ‘Inside the Bloggers’ Studio’:
What is your favourite word?
Serendipity
What is your least favourite word?
Flagellation
What turns you on?
Intelligence
What turns you off?
Ignorance
What sound or noise do you love?
The cork popping on a bottle of wine
What sound or noise do you hate?
The alarm clock
What is your favourite curse word?
C*nt
What profession other than your own would you like to attempt?
Novelist
What profession would you not like to do?
Chicken factory worker
If Heaven exists, what would you like to hear God say when you arrive
at the Pearly Gates?
Champagne?
ArtsWom can only agree with the majority, in particular the sound of the alarm clock being a rather hateful noise, and a cork being popped is indeed a beatific sound. Though we do rather like ‘flagellation’…The word that is, not the act itself.
